What is the difference between open and closed boxes?

The open boxes allow the customer to be able the see and use the phone while locked into the box; the power button is covered so they are not able to turn the phone on and off. The closed boxes are completely enclosed. Customer can not use and/or see the phone while it is locked into the box.

What is the difference between the Falcon and USB Wiring Harnesses ?

Falcon and USB are the two type of one piece wiring harnesses that we offer. They are the type of chargers that are plugged into the charging ports on your phone. The falcon wiring harness is used with i615, i605, i355, i265 phones. The USB wiring harness is used with i335 and Blackberry phones.

What kind of locking mechanism comes with box? Padlock? Built-in?

All of our lockboxes have a built-in turn key locking system. Each box has a key that goes with it.

Can my boxes all be keyed the same?

Yes, your boxes are all keyed the same. They can use their own individual keys OR they can use just one key to open all of them.

What's the difference between the i335 Closed Box and the Modified Closed Box?

The slim i335 Closed box is smaller and more compact like the i335 phone; they are $31.99 per box. The Modified Box is a Closed i265 box that has been modified to fit the i335 box. They are a bit larger and only cost $16.99 per box.

How do I place an order for GPS Lockbox products?

You can now place your order through our new online store at shop.gpslockbox.com or by clicking the tab above labeled "Shop". Or click on the “Pricing” tab for a list of prices and ordering info. There you will find two order forms either the Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel, click on which one your computer will support. Once you have completed the entire form you can then email it to Nikki Taylor ntaylor@bluewaterwireless.net or fax it to 253-946-2225. If you have any questions regarding products you can call 253-946-2222 and they will be able to assist you.

If I want my units installed, how do I go about doing that?

To get your products installed you will have to contact our Install Manager, Steve Todrzak at either stodrzak@bluewaterwireless.net or 206-291-3565.

Do you offer a wiring harness for the Sanyo 7050?

No, we no longer carry a hard wired wiring harness for the 7050. Our recommendation is to use to car charger while to phone is in the lock box.

What is included in the install packs?

The installation packs include everything you need in order to properly install one GPS Lockbox. Installation pack includes: (4) – 6” Zip Ties, (5) – #10Χ3/4” Self-Drilling Screws, (4) – 16AWG Butt Connectors, (1) – 16-14AWG Inline Fuseholder, (1) – 2 Amp Blade Fuse, (1) – Gold Fuse Tap, (1) – 16-14AWG Round Hoop Connector, and (1) – Installation Instructions.

Do you carry boxes for the Motorola i615?

We do carry boxes for the i615’s, however they would have to be special ordered which takes a one and a half to two week turn around time.

Can we get a demo box to show to our customer or to test in our vehicles?

Yes, if you would like to get a box to your customers or to test in your vehicle you can call into BlueWater Wireless 253-946-2222 and Nikki can assist you in getting those demos out to you. Just remember that all demos MUST be returned within 30 days if they are not returned, or if you have not made contact with BlueWater Wireless regarding the demo, then you will be billed in full for any and all equipment.
