SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Discrepancies and Returned Merchandise

Any discrepancy - wrong parts, shortages, or overages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:

NOTICE: Give us notice in writing; e-mail either Mike Allen mallen@bluewaterwireless.net or Nikki Taylor ntaylor@bluewaterwireless.net for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please reference your order number of the order in question. No RMA number will be issued without written notice.

RMA: An RMA number is required for ALL returns. Only those items listed and authorized on the RMA may be returned. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the RMA date.

RESTOCKING FEE: There will be no restocking fee charged on returns due to BlueWater Wireless shipping errors or defective items. All other returns will be charged a restocking fee of 20% and are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Items being returned must be new and/or in salable condition to be considered for refund.

BACKORDERS

We strive to ship every order complete. However, items are occasionally temporarily out of stock and are referred to as backordered. We will notify you of any items backordered and let you decide whether to cancel the backordered items or leave them on order. If you decide to let the item remain on backorder, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available
