If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. Simply follow the Return Procedure below to return your purchase in salable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and a copy of your receipt or packing slip. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of abuse, misuse, consequential damages, improper installation, product with serial numbers or labels removed or altered, product missing parts or normal wear and tear. Such defective product will be returned at the customer’s expense.

We will provide you with an RMA number within one business day. In cases were the item is defective or being returned as a result of an error on our part, you will also be sent a return shipping label. Your RMA number must be written on the outside of the carton(s). All returns are subject to inspection and company approval. Please allow allow 5 business days for company to process your return after we have received your item(s). RMA NUMBER WILL EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If you paid with cash or check, we’ll refund your purchase with check. If you paid with credit card or debit card, we’ll credit your account.All returned items will be credited at the lowest price paid by the customer.
